​Michelle McBroom Weiss began her career in vocational rehabilitation in 1991. She has past experience working as a vocational consultant, supervisor, manager and statewide manager of vocational and medical case management for a national company. She has been in private practice since 2003. Michelle consults on workers’ compensation, liability, divorce, employment law, long term disability and Social Security cases. She has served in leadership roles to include: IARP Forensic Board from 2010-2014 (Chair 2011-2012) and 2011 Forensic Conference Chair. She presently serves as Co-Chair of the IARP Mentoring Committee and is the IARP Social Security Vocational Expert Section Representative to the IARP Board of Directors. Michelle is a Diplomat to the American Board of Vocational Experts.
