Faculty Profile: Cate Pham

Cate Pham has been an attorney with the Department of Law for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County for almost seven years. She represents Metro in primarily state court litigation in multiple areas of law, including property, taxes, contracts, and administrative appeals. She assists the Codes Department in enforcing Metro’s short-term rental ordinances in Environmental Court and has been assigned to defend the ordinances from constitutional challenges in Circuit and Chancery Court.
