Faculty Profile: Emily Crabbe

Emily Crabbe graduated cum laude from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Before starting at HHS/OCR, she worked as a staff attorney at a clinical toxicology laboratory. At OCR, Crabbe’s investigative caseload has become focused on information security and data breaches. She functions as the office specialist for cases relating to the HIPAA Security Rule and for breaches that result in financial penalties.
