Biography

Jeremy Hooper is an Environmental Consultant for TDEC's Division of Solid Waste Management. Working in the Permitting Section, he provides technical assistance for solid waste matters, develops and implements environmental policy, guidance and regulations, and assists in various working groups, including TDEC's PFAS working group. Hooper has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is currently pursuing a Professional Science Master's degree with a concentration in Environmental Informatics from Tennessee Tech.
