Biography

Is an Environmental Consultant for TDEC’s Division of Solid Waste Management, where his responsibilities include development, implementation, and oversight of hydrogeologic investigation requirements and groundwater monitoring requirements for a solid waste disposal facilities and CR Units. Additionally, his experience includes administrating the Tennessee Solid Waste Act and rules and regulations promulgated thereunder for solid waste disposal facilities in Tennessee. He has worked in the Division of Solid Waste Management for 19 years and has been the Senior Geologist for the Solid Waste Program for the past 15 years. Clark has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
