Biography

Dale Hutcherson’s humble roots in his hometown of Dresden, Tennessee combined with his experiences across America make him a well-versed attorney with the ability to see your legal issues from unique perspectives that will be helpful for your case. Dale was a first team all-state Quarterback for Dresden High School, is a graduate and football alumni of Rhodes College, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During his time in law school, Dale served on the University of Memphis Law Review, became a published author in the Tulane Sports Law Journal and founded the University of Memphis Sports & Entertainment Law Society.

Dale’s practical legal and professional experiences thus far include interning for the New York Giants, working as a legal associate for half of fame NFL athletes, Warren Moon and Andre Reed in Irvine, California, earning his sports law certificate from the University of Oregon, clerking for judges in North Mississippi civil and criminal courts, and practicing multiple areas of law for several years in West Tennessee where he managed over 500 trademarks for various clients, resolved numerous family law issues for families and children, assisted with major employment matters, and consulted with businesses on all types of legal matters.
