Biography

Jim leads the team at First Horizon Bank that handles all fiduciary accounts in Middle Tennessee in addition to out-of-area accounts throughout the bank's 12-state footprint that benefit from having a Tennessee-based corporate trustee. He advises primarily high net worth clients on estate planning and other related financial matters including fiduciary management and trust and estate administration.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University and his Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law. Jim is a licensed attorney in the State of Tennessee and a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. Jim also holds life and health insurance licenses; a long-term care certificate; and Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 FINRA licenses (currently inactive).
