Sen. Stevens represents the 24th district in the Tennessee Senate, which includes, Benton, Carroll, Gibson, Henry, Obion, and Weakley Counties. Senator Stevens attended the University of Tennessee at Martin, where he obtained at B.S. in Political Science, and earned his J.D. from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Sen. Stevens, a Republican, is the 1st Vice Chair of the Senate Finance, Ways and Means Committee.
