Robert Mitchell is a partner with the law firm of Cunningham Bounds in Mobile, Alabama. Robert graduated from the University of Virginia in 2002. He continued his studies at the University of Alabama School of Law where he earned his law degree, magna cum laude. While in law school, Robert was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and served as a senior editor of the Alabama Law Review.
Robert has an unwavering passion for representing the families of men and women who have been seriously injured or killed due to the wrongdoing of others. He has successfully represented victims of industrial accidents, 18-wheeler crashes, car crashes, product failures, unsafe premises, prescription errors and medical negligence.
