Faculty Profile: Ralph Levy Jr

Ralph Levy, Jr. is Of Counsel in Dickinson Wright’s Nashville office. He focuses his practice on corporate law, healthcare law, mergers & acquisitions, and taxation. He has assisted numerous clients in joint venture agreements, acquisitions, divestitures, contract negotiations, and succession planning. He is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Middle Tennessee Estate Planning Council. Mr. Levy has twice served as chair of the Nashville Bar Association Tax Committee. The majority of his more than 40-year career has been spent in private law practice with the exception of a 10-year period when Mr. Levy served as general counsel, executive vice president and secretary for Gambro Healthcare, a national provider of dialysis services.
