Biography

Waddell Wright, CCIM, CPM is the Founder and President of Henderick, Inc., a Nashville-based general contracting and facility solutions firm specializing in government, educational, municipal, and commercial construction services throughout Tennessee.

As a licensed BC-A and BC-B General Contractor and licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Tennessee, Waddell leads the company’s strategic growth, operations, and project execution across a diverse portfolio of public-sector and institutional contracts. Under his leadership, Henderick has expanded its capabilities in construction services, athletic flooring, paving, concrete, audio/video systems, site development, and facility maintenance.

Today, Waddell oversees Henderick’s growing portfolio of government contracts, including multiple IDIQ and service agreements with Metro Nashville Public Schools and Metro Nashville Government. His work focuses heavily on public procurement, government contracting compliance, project delivery systems, facility modernization, emergency response services, and long-term infrastructure partnerships.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning construction, commercial real estate, development, capital markets, and asset management, Waddell brings a unique perspective on how public-private collaboration, real estate strategy, and infrastructure investment intersect to shape growing communities.

Prior to founding Henderick, Waddell worked in commercial real estate and investment services with national firms including Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and Cassidy Turley, while also managing large-scale property portfolios and construction operations throughout Middle Tennessee.
