Faculty Profile: Waddell Wright

Waddell Wright, CCIM, CPM is the founder of Henderick, Inc. He is a professional licensed BC-A, B general contractor and real estate broker in the state of Tennessee. Waddell embarked on his career in 1996 as a real estate broker while in college studying finance and marketing. During the early 2000’s Waddell worked for banks providing as needed construction services and property management of over 300 properties in the greater Nashville area. He has worked in Capital Markets and in the Investment Services Group of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, and Cassidy Turley. Today Waddell runs the company's day to day construction activities.
