Faculty Profile: Sally Na

Sally Na is Associate General Counsel at Inova Health System where she advises all of the organization’s ambulatory facilities and business divisions on matters related to health care operations, compliance with federal and state health care laws, patient care, risk management, licensure, accreditation, and medical staff issues. Prior to Inova, Na served as the Chief Legal Officer and Compliance Officer for Virginia Hospital Center Arlington Health System. She was also previously the Director of Legal Affairs for Valley Health System in Ridgewood, New Jersey.  Before transitioning in-house, Na worked in private practice and specialized in complex commercial litigation at both Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York and Lowenstein Sandler PC in New Jersey. Na received her JD from Columbia Law School, and BA, with distinction, from the University of Virginia and earned a Graduate Certificate in Health and Hospital Law from Seton Hall School of Law.
