Faculty Profile: Rosemary Calcese

Rosemary Calcese is the founder of Transformation Title and Escrow and Calcese & Associates Law Firm. She provides legal counsel across Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, and Alabama, and offers comprehensive escrow and title services in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas.

A proud member of the State Bars of Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and Texas, Rosemary brings extensive multi-state experience in real property law, including residential and commercial transactions, litigation with a focus on title-related matters, and foreclosures (both judicial and non-judicial). Her expertise also extends to title examination, clearance, and curative work.

Before founding her own firms, Rosemary was employed with a Tier One law firm in Nashville, who sent her to law school. Her big law work developed her deep understanding of complex real estate matters. Most recently, she served as lead counsel for the third-largest real estate transaction in Tennessee.

Rosemary is based in Clarksville, Tennessee, with offices serving clients throughout Tennessee and Kentucky.
