David J. Fulton is a principal of the Chattanooga law firm of Scarborough & Fulton where he regularly practices in the areas of business law, general and business litigation, and bankruptcy. He is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Tennessee, and practices in the bankruptcy courts for the Northern District of Alabama and Georgia. Mr. Fulton is past president of the Chattanooga Trial Lawyers. Mr. Fulton is currently a member of the TBA Bankruptcy Law Section Executive Council. He has served on the board of a local utility district for many years as a contribution to his community. He earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from East Tennessee State University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Mr. Fulton is a member of the Tennessee and Chattanooga Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
