Biography

Kelli Germain is the Program Director of Survivor Services at WillowBend Farms in Cleveland, Tennessee. Prior to her role at WillowBend Farms, Kelli worked for six years with the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, focusing on felony child abuse crimes, including sexual abuse and sex trafficking.

She is passionate about educating and mobilizing community partners, law enforcement, state agencies, and the general public on the topic of Human Trafficking. She has spent hundreds of hours training others about this injustice and is the founder of the Human Trafficking and Drug Endangered Child Coalition of Putnam County, Tennessee. She co-leads a similar organization in Bradley County.

Kelli is a 2007 graduate of Tennessee Technological University.
