Biography

As President of Parker Business Consulting, Bob has used his experience and skills to help many closely-held and large corporations, professional practices, and family businesses. His valuation skills have been used to affect numerous closely-held transactions, including acquisitions, mergers,estate, gifting, and divorce. Bob has served in numerous leadership positions with both large and closely-held companies. His work has involved leading strategic planning, for the development of business value integrating business operations, and implementing successful business transition programs.

After serving as a United States Army Ranger, Bob earned his Masters in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University. He has earned numerous professional certifications in valuation analysis, management accounting, and financial management. He has also completed advanced training programs at Indiana University and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Bob and his wife Lynne attend Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church where he serves as a deacon and member of the Missions Committee. He is past president of the Rotary Club of Farragut. In his spare time Bob enjoys reading, running, and watching University of Tennessee sports.
