Biography

Prior to joining FourBridges in 2017, Andrew worked in the Asset Management group at Jamestown, a commercial real estate private equity fund with $9+ billion in assets under management. His responsibilities included building and updating asset-level models, supporting ongoing transactions, and preparing and executing strategic performance initiatives. He assisted in restructuring a $125 million portfolio loan and supported negotiations in four $7+ million redevelopment projects.
Prior to Jamestown, Andrew worked at Croft & Bender, a middle market investment banking and private equity firm. In that role, he supported senior bankers on sell- side M&A transactions, valuations, and other financial advisory services through financial analysis and valuation, industry research, due diligence, and the preparation of client presentation materials. Andrew also monitored the firm’s two growth equity funds and managed internal reporting.
Andrew graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A in Finance with Honors. While at UGA, he provided private and large group-format tutoring services for a variety of finance and accounting courses.
