Olivia Hill is a Board Member at Nashville LGBT Chamber, Power Plant Supervisor at Vanderbilt University and transgender advocate. She is a Navy veteran and active volunteer in the Nashville community where she assists with Vanderbilt's Trans Buddy Program, which seeks to increase access to care and improve healthcare outcomes for transgender people by providing emotional support to these patients during healthcare visits. She has formed her own 501c3 nonprofit called Finally Me to help trans and non-binary folks, and is a regular speaker on issues affecting the LGBTQ community.
