Ken Abdo is an equity partner at Fox Rothschild LLP and serves legal counsel to artists, creators and businesses in music and the entertainment industry. Firm clients that Ken looks over include multiple GRAMMY® award recipients and gold and platinum recording artists. Ken has extensive experience working with musicians including new, established and legacy artists, and also music estates. Ken’s commitment to artist advocacy and the legal profession have led him to national leadership positions. He is a former National Trustee of the Recording Academy (presenter of the GRAMMY® Awards) and currently serves as legal advisor to the GRAMMY Museum Foundation. He also served as the National Chair of the American Bar Association Entertainment Law Forum. Ken is a published author, lecturer and a regular media commentator on music law issues. He is the Co-Editor of the annual book of collected articles published by the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL). Among his many recognitions, Ken has been selected as one of Billboard magazine’s Top Music Lawyers for the past 5 years.
