John Dollarhide is a partner with Butler Snow LLP in Nashville. He practices in the firm’s commercial litigation practice group, representing publicly-traded and closely held companies in corporate governance, intellectual property, trade secret, noncompete, and fiduciary litigation. He is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of Mississippi State University and a 2010 summa cum laude graduate of Mississippi College School of Law. For better or worse, John does not remember his LSAT score. But he has maintained an “AV-Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell since 2014. As a member of Butler Snow’s E-Discovery Task Force, John obtained certification as a Certified E-Discovery Specialist by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). He is a frequenter presenter on e-discovery and has given dozens of CLE presentations on the topic.
