Faculty Profile: Jessica Myers

Nashville raised Jessica Myers is a 22-year veteran of the music industry.  As Vice President of Business Affairs and Rights Management at the Big Machine Label Group, Myers oversees all aspects of asset licensing and rights management for the label group and Big Machine Music as well as overseeing A&R Administration and Business Affairs. Myers is responsible for negotiating label wide agreements, high level synchronization licenses and works directly with artist and company partners on deals for both the record label and publishing company.  In addition to her duties as VP, Myers was project manager for the releases of “1989” and “reputation” by Taylor Swift, working with a small team to manage all aspects of the release.  Myers is an alumnus of Leadership Music, class of 2017.
