Biography

Member of Elderlaw Memphis, PLC. Primary fields of practice are Elder Law and special needs planning for persons with disabilities.
Undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, law degree from Tulane University. Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), certified as an Elder Law Specialist (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation, the ABA approved entity for certifying attorneys as Specialists in Elder Law. He is a member of The Special Needs Alliance, an invitation-only not-for-profit association of lawyers emphasizing special needs trust planning in serving the disability community.  Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (2020, ACTEC), and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008, and in "Super Lawyers of the Mid-South" since 2007 in the area of elder law.
