Faculty Profile: Rhett Sexton

Rhett Sexton is a Patent Attorney at Merchant & Gould. Rhett focuses his practice on patent prosecution within the mechanical, electrical, and software industries, as well as intellectual property litigation. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee before receiving his JD from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
