Faculty Profile: Audrey Davis

Audrey Davis is an attorney at Patterson Bray. She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of probate administration, probate litigation, trust administration, conservatorships, and guardianships. She counsels clients on a variety of issues related to wills and trusts and post-death administration and has served as Guardian ad Litem in conservatorship and guardianship matters in Tennessee. Audrey is an active member of the Memphis Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section and the Young Lawyer’s Division. She has also been an Associate member of the Leo Bearman, Sr. America Inn of Court since 2024. Audrey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis. During law school, Audrey worked in the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic in conjunction with Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, representing clients in housing, special education, and conservatorship matters. Audrey earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
