Faculty Profile: Marianna Williams

Marianna "Molly" Williams was born in Marysville, Ohio and joined Ashley, Ashley & Arnold in 1990. Molly focuses her practice in Estates, Social Security Disability, Creditors Bankruptcy, and Commercial Litigations. Molly represents corporations and individuals as well as several non-profit groups, and she is experienced in collecting commercial debts, collateral liquidations, and guarantee enforcement. In addition, Molly has served as a Chapters 7 and 12 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Western District of Tennessee since 2000. Molly is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and is a former Chairman of the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. Molly has also served on the Board of Professional Responsibility Hearing Committee, and currently serves as the City Judge for Halls, Tennessee.
