Faculty Profile: Donna Harkness

Donna S. Harkness is Professor of Clinical Law and Director of the Elder Law Clinic at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.  She is a certified elder law attorney and is listed on the roll of certified legal specialists in Elder Law in Tennessee.  In addition to being a member of the American Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association, she is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA)  and a member of the editorial board of the NAELA Journal.  She is the author of numerous elder law related articles and a frequent speaker on elder law issues.
