Faculty Profile: Sara Figal

Sara Figal, PhD is the former Executive Director of the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC), a nonprofit mediation center with courts throughout Middle TN. In this capacity, Sara was named a “Woman of Influence” by the Nashville Business Journal and nominated by the same as a “Most Admired CEO.” Sara is appointed to the TN Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission (ADRC) and is an Adjunct Professor for the Nashville School of Law. She is also a member of the Rotary Club of Nashville. Sara has her AB from Yale University and a PhD from Harvard University.
