Biography

Marcos Castells started his federal career with Customs and Border Protection in 2011 where he served until 2013. In January 2013, he joined USCIS as an ISO1 with the Dallas Field Office, after which he was selected as the Congressional Liaison with the Hialeah Field Office. In July 2014, Mr. Castells became an ISO2 with the Miami Field Office, a position he held for two and a half years. In December 2016, he accepted a position as a Supervisory Immigration Services Officer with the Raleigh-Durham Field Office, after that he worked within the same title for the Oakland Park Field Office in Florida. In March 2022, Mr. Castells entered on duty as the Field Office Director for the Nashville Field Office and has held the role since then.
