Faculty Profile: Shannon Wagner

Shannon Wagner joined NCRC in 2023 as the Assistant Director focused on capacity building and strategic growth. As of April 1st, she is NCRC’s new Executive Director, building upon the foundation of excellence in mediation established over the last 24 years. Shannon is a nonprofit professional with more than 15 years of fundraising experience with a focus in institutional and annual giving across a diverse array of nonprofits including social services, education, and the arts. She recently graduated with her Master’s degree at Lipscomb University in Conflict Management.  She is Rule 31 trained. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Nashville Emerging Leaders and outside of her role at NCRC is passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation of nonprofit leaders.
