Biography

Supervisory Detention and Deportation Officer (SDDO) Amber Elmasry began her career in 2006 with the United States Navy. In May 2016, she was selected as Deportation Officer (DO) for ICE/ERO in San Diego, CA and worked in various assignments to include Fugitive Operations, Task Force Operations, Staging/Operations, Criminal Alien Program (CAP), Non-Detained, and a detail with the U.S. Marshals Task Force. In August 2021, Elmasry was promoted to supervisor and oversaw the operations of CAP and detention management. In December 2024, SDDO Elmasry transferred to the New Orleans AOR – Nashville and is currently a supervisor over non-detained and CAP.
