Faculty Profile: Julio Colby

Julio Colby is the Worker Rights Attorney and Skadden Fellow at the Tennessee Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition. He earned his JD in 2024 from Harvard Law School, where he was a clinical student in the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program and an editor on the Harvard Law Review. During law school, he spent his summers as the Legal Fellow at the Office of Senator Elizabeth Warren and as a Law Clerk at Southern Migrant Legal Services in Nashville. He also holds a BA in International Relations and Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
