Max Shelton began practicing health care law upon joining the firm on January 1, 1965. His health law experience has primarily been in representing a multi-state system of not-for-profit hospitals and related organizations, including federal and state regulatory compliance, business and contact matters, medical staff issues, risk management and litigation. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator of health care disputes through the alternative dispute resolution service of the American Health Lawyers Association, and he handles general business matters and civil litigation.
