Biography

Cassie Lively, Ph.D., is Regional Vice President of Employment at AAA’s Chicago office. In this role, she builds and sustains relationships with stakeholders, communicates the value of AAA’s employment dispute resolution services, and works to strategically expand AAA’s impact. Cassie has more than 20 years of experience in conflict resolution, previously serving as Executive Director at Chicago’s Center for Conflict Resolution. There, she led a team delivering innovative mediation and training programs while building strong partnerships across sectors. A seasoned mediator with over 350 cases and 250 new mediators trained, Cassie also serves as Co-Chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution’s Community Mediation and Restorative Practices Section, and as a past Board Chair for the National Association for Community Mediation. In 2010, she earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago.
