
Chris Bombardo is the Director of Information Technology at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he leads technology strategy and oversees systems that support legal education.
A developer with a legal background, he is the co-founder and original programmer of Electronic Bluebook (EBB), a secure exam platform used by law schools nationwide.
Chris has more than 20 years of experience in educational technology and over a decade in IT leadership. His work specializes in cybersecurity, software development, and the practical implementation of emerging technologies, including AI, in legal environments.
He has served as a guest lecturer on bridging the gap between legal practice and technical execution, with a focus on AI and cybersecurity.
He holds a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and an M.S. in Software Systems from Mercer University.
