Faculty Profile: Victor Dennis

Victor Dennis is the owner of Victory Technology, an IT and cybersecurity firm that works exclusively with title companies. That focus means he spends his days on the exact threats this industry faces: business email compromise, phishing campaigns targeting title professionals, and the wire fraud attempts that follow.

Victor has investigated real-world incidents across the title industry, from compromised email accounts to wire fraud losses reaching seven figures, and he brings those lessons directly into his training and speaking. He serves as Technology Committee Chair for the Tennessee Land Title Association, where he works to raise security standards across the industry, and he regularly presents on phishing and wire fraud at title industry events.

He believes there's no single fix for wire fraud. The best defense is security in depth: layered technical safeguards, ongoing training, and strong operational practices by the agents themselves, all working together to help protect against successful attacks.
