Bruce D. Fox, born Knoxville, Tennessee, August 28, 1951; licensed in Tennessee, 1976. University of Tennessee at Knoxville (B.S. 1973, J.D. 1976); Cambridge University, England (L.L.B. 1977); Mr. Fox has been a board member of the Tennessee Association for Justice for over 20 years. He is on the Legislative Committee and frequently visits the legislature during session. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and a member of the trucking litigation section. He is also an Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Master of the Bench in the American Inns of Court. He is a member of the Circle of Advocates and is listed in Midsouth Super Lawyers. Mr. Fox limits his practice to serious personal injury cases, trucking accidents, class actions and the representation of Energy Workers suffering from cancers, lung disease, and injuries from their work at the Department of Energy facilities in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. He is a frequent speaker to attorneys on subjects dealing with auto accidents, workers compensation, uninsured motorist coverage, products liability cases and trucking accidents. Mr. Fox has tried over 300 cases to verdict and has brought several thousand cases to a final settlement.
