Faculty Profile: Samuel Felker

Sam Felker is a shareholder in the Baker Donelson's Nashville office and a member of the Product Liability/Mass Tort Group and Government Enforcement and Investigations Team. For over 30 years, Sam has focused his litigation practice on the defense of product liability, food safety, mass torts and commercial cases. In pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, Sam has served as national, regional and local counsel in defending manufacturers throughout the United States. During the course of his career, Sam has also represented clients in significant commercial litigation involving insurance coverage, securities fraud, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, defamation and intellectual property. Sam is well-versed in all forms of alternative dispute resolution and is a trained mediator who is Rule 31 listed by the Tennessee Supreme Court.
