Biography

Beth Brooks is a life long Memphis resident with over 42 years of experience practicing Probate and Estate law, Labor and Employment, Civil Rights, Small Business, Corporate law, Disability, Domestic and Divorce, Juvenile and Custody Issues, Criminal, Personal injury and Workers' Compensation in and around Memphis and Shelby County, TN. She Graduated from Rhodes College with Honors and graduated from Memphis State University with a Juris Doctorate in 1980 and has been recognized many times for her pro-bono and legal services to the most vulnerable. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the Tennessee Supreme Court, all local State and municipal courts, she is also licensed in Texas.
