Faculty Profile: Harry Leathers III

H. Rowan Leathers III practices in the areas of labor and employment law counseling and litigation, financial services and commercial litigation, and professional liability counseling and defense. He received a B.S. from Lipscomb University in 1979 and received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1982. Mr. Leathers is additionally licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee. Mr. Leathers is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts, all federal courts in the state of Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
