Frederick L. Conrad, Jr., Esquire Attorney Education: Duke University, B.A., 1980 University of Tennessee College of Law, J.D., 1983 Membership: Knoxville Bar Association, 1985; Tennessee Bar Association, 1985; Commercial Law League of America, 1992 Admission: Tennessee State Bar, 1985; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, 1998; various Federal District Courts; Tennessee Supreme Court Frederick L. Conrad Jr. is an attorney located in Knoxville, Tennessee who has been practicing law throughout East Tennessee for more than 25 years and started his own solo practice in 1998. Mr. Conrad practices in the areas of collections, commercial law, and litigation and has been a certified specialist in creditors' rights law as recognized by the Commercial Law League of America and the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization since 1997. He is a frequent speaker for the National Association of Credit Management and a lecturer for the National Business Institute on the field of collections. Mr. Conrad grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee and has been a permanent resident of Knoxville since 1985. He is married to Louise S. Conrad and is the father of three children; Pat, Trip, and John.
