Biography

Our founder--a veteran of the US Army Infantry and JAG Corps--served as the national chair of the Military Committee at the American Immigration Lawyers Assn during the first term of President Donald Trump--from 2017-2019. As national military chair, he routinely advised military JAG attorneys on all federal immigration-related matters affecting SM's, Veterans, Widows, and their families in all the uniformed service branches--Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy. In private practice in Clarksville, TN (adjacent to Fort Campbell--home of the 101st Airborne Division) we also have always represented soldiers, their families, veterans, and civilians as well. We have a heavy-duty immigration practice with over 40 years of experience and have always prized the necessity of operational security, a familiar term known to the military. If you do not know the expression--it means absolute 100% client matter privacy and security. Thus, our social media footprint has always been as small as possible.  If you also value competence and complete privacy, you are invited to contact us by text message only at (931) 552-4894 to see if you qualify for our legal services--set out below.
