Faculty Profile: Beverly Sharpe

Beverly P. Sharpe is the Director of Consumer Assistance (CAP) for the Board of Professional Responsibility. Ms. Sharpe previously was in private practice in Knoxville Tennessee. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in music from the University of North Texas and a JD from the University of Tennessee. CAP informally mediates attorney-client problems which are not generally serious ethical violations. CAP informs legal consumers about the legal system and makes referrals to other appropriate agencies.
