Christopher M. Was practices in the areas of wealth transfer planning, mergers, acquisitions and reconstructing, and state and local tax. He received a B.A. from Lafayette College in 1970 and received his J.D. from the College of William and Mary in 1973. He received a M.S.L. in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1983. Mr. Was is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
