Faculty Profile: Michael Jennings

I handle estate planning and administration matters, and all types of adoption matters, from private and agency placements, to international and relative placements. I am dual licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, a member of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and the Georgia Council of Adoption Lawyers, and I am a past chair of the TBA Adoption Section.  I speak frequently on adoption related matters, most recently lecturing on "Involuntary Termination of Parental Rights" at the Tennessee Judical Conference in March 2026.
