Biography

David Lewis has over 40 years experience in healthcare operations and leadership, health care regulatory matters and health care transactions. His practice concentrates in the representation of healthcare institutions, providers and related entities. He advises healthcare clients regarding regulatory matters, including Stark law and Anti-Kickback Law issues, HIPAA privacy and security issues and managed care. David is a past Chair of the TBA Health Law Section and is past Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association Physician Organizations Practice Group.
