David Lewis is the founder of Lewis Health Advisors. He has over 25 years experience in healthcare operations and leadership, health care regulatory matters and health care transactions. His practice concentrates in the representation of healthcare institutions, providers and related entities. He advises healthcare clients regarding regulatory matters, including Stark law and Anti-Kickback Law issues, HIPAA privacy and security issues and mergers and acquisitions of healthcare entities. He also advises providers and health plans about Accountable Care Organizations, Pay for Performance and managed care contracting. David is a past Chair of the TBA Health Law Section and is Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association Physician Organizations Practice Group.
