Introduction to Trial Practice

Description: As jury trials become less frequent, young litigators spend less and less time in the courtroom honing their skills. The TBA's Introduction to Trial Practice aims to fill that gap by recreating a "real" trial experience with seasoned lawyers. Attendees will observe key aspects of a basic trial including voir dire, direct and cross examination of an expert, and other areas often left out of law school curriculum. The program will be offered on March 31 in both Knoxville and Nashville.
