Description: This three-hour program held in Johnson City is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. Speakers in this year's program include:

Barbara Dyer, of Counsel with Matt Cohen & Associates will give you a tour around juvenile law, covering topics such as children with disabilities, representing children in court, and educational rights.

Robert "Bob" Arrington of Wilson Worley will review best practices in Alternative Dispute Resolution, to include, agreements and contract provision, tips for saving time and money, and how to prepare for mediation.

Justin Brackett of Brackett & Strunk will advise you on what to do when your client files bankruptcy. This presentation will include debtor’s pros v. cons, alternative to bankruptcy, chapters of bankruptcy, debt reorganization, and debtor v. creditor.
