Description:

Attorney Eric Buchanan will discuss the best arguments to make and the best practices for presenting a case on behalf of the disabled claimant in federal court. He will also discuss how an attorney can be paid for federal court work under the Equal Access to Justice Act(EAJA) and under 42 U.S.C. Sect 406b of the Social Security Act.
