This presentation will cover topics ranging from the basics of trust accounting rules, to the day-to-day chores of reconciliation and recordkeeping, to more complicated issues regarding the kinds of internal controls lawyers must have in place and how to spot and avoid increasingly-sophisticated scams targeting lawyers and their trust accounts. This resource will provide guidance for new lawyers and seasoned lawyers. Learn how to avoid errors that often result in discipline for trust account violations.
