This program will offer a simple administrative law overview on the different parts of state government and how it is composed.

In this session attorneys from the Metro Nashville and Tennessee State governments will discuss the various types of legal matters that commonly arise and what the private practitioner and attorneys new to government practice should know in dealing with those governmental cases.  Our presenters will also describe how Metro Nashville and State attorneys are organized.
